Akshara Damle is a TEDx speaker and a psychologist based in Bengaluru who has worked with clients across the globe. He is an expert in establishing harmony at different levels, namely personal, family, and workplace.
As a therapist, he has worked with a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health issues. He has also contributed as the Chief Counselor and Trainer at Sahay, a mental health helpline that was part of the national-level collective COVID response.

As an NLP practitioner with additional certifications, Akshara has served as a trainer and coach. His training programs, such as stress management, conflict management, team building, and emotional intelligence, have helped establish "harmony" within organizations. These programs have not only improved coordination and cooperation among employees but also enhanced efficiency of systems and processes, leading to business growth. Akshara has extensive experience working with government departments, including the police, income tax, and education sectors, as well as startups and multinational companies (MNCs) in diverse sectors such as IT, healthcare, consumer goods, and automotive.

Through his initiative called "ManoSamvaada," Akshara has made a significant impact and brought about transformations at both the individual and group levels across various sectors of society. He has been invited as a keynote speaker at numerous national and international conferences, including those in India, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Additionally, he has spoken at prestigious institutions such as Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), and Delhi University (DU).

Akshara Damle was felicitated with the 'Social Impact - Corona Warrior Award - 2020' by the Smruthi Sadhana Foundation in Bengaluru for his efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, he is a prolific author with four published books to his credit and a regular columnist in leading newspapers.
Apart from his professional achievements, Akshara is a talented amateur Carnatic classical musician, showcasing his passion and creativity beyond his work in psychology and coaching.
